E-Coating
Electrodeposition coating or E-coating is the process of electrically applying a solid coating to the surface of any metal/alloy part. It is economical and provides superior coverage, adhesion, and corrosion resistance.
Our North American facility in Ohio has a continuous E-Coat painting system and over 20,000 square feet dedicated to our E-Coat line. We currently have plenty of capacity to coat your parts.

Finishing Overview
With over 30 years of E-Coat history providing high-quality painted parts to our customers, improving optimization remains our focus for long-term equipment stability and continued support of our customers’ needs. Our finishing engineers can facilitate rack design, as well as finished goods packaging designs for the best nesting configuration, and highest yield per rack for paint as well as shipping parts back to the customer, or even to the final end customer on their behalf. Being a Tier 1 supplier we can ship direct to Customers in certain cases.

- Tunnel Opening (Part Window) 3’ x 4’ x 3’
- Max Weight is 130lbs per hook
- Maximum 94.7 Ft² (8.8 m²) Per C-Hook due to rectifier limitations
- Steel (Galvannealed / Zinc Plated) parts as well as Aluminum can be run on our line
- We provide Thickness Testing as needed as well as Cross Hatch scratch testing
